We had a wedding of over 130 guests for pimms and canapes followed by dinner: Sarah provided both (for which we had positive comments from guests - particularly about the tuna and wasabi crostini!) for great value. I discussed my requirements with Sarah and she helped me to chose the right menu for my nephew's Christening. She helped me to consider the different ages attending the function and the time limitations that I would be under (having to be at the church for the service and then zoom home very quickly afterwards to produce a sumptuous feast for 20).
Sarah's arrangement of the food was a visual treat and the quality of the food was first class. I received many compliments on the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Flametree Catering and will use them again definitely."
