I just wanted to thank you again for yesterday. It made such a difference having a you and your team looking after the catering. The food tasted amazing, looked too good to eat and the service was fantastic - all of which made such a difference to the party and made a great impression on my guests. Despite the weather I've had some great feedback today so we'll definitely be doing it again next year.

Jon and I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into making our wedding day catering as wonderful as it was. It was just how i had imagined it to be and better. The cakes were perfect- suited our 'country garden' theme down to the ground. Everyone we spoke to commented on the cream tea idea and said that they enjoyed the spread that was put on and we wouldn't have had it without you- so thank you. We would also like to thank the waiters and waitresses who delivered a wonderful service, looked wonderful and were friendly and cheerful all day. Do pass on our thanks.

"Sarah was exceedingly helpful - and a lovely person to talk to - as we planned for our wedding on the 14th July 2007. She was always very happy to listen to what we were hoping to achieve and try to turn it into reality (however many times we changed our minds!).
We had a wedding of over 130 guests for pimms and canapes followed by dinner: Sarah provided both (for which we had positive comments from guests - particularly about the tuna and wasabi crostini!) for great value. She was very flexible and had no problem dealing with the lack of cooking facilities and limited refrigeration space, and helped us towards a truly wonderful day."

"I found Flametree Catering on the website and was impressed by the large variety of both traditional and modern menus from which to choose.
I discussed my requirements with Sarah and she helped me to chose the right menu for my nephew's Christening. She helped me to consider the different ages attending the function and the time limitations that I would be under (having to be at the church for the service and then zoom home very quickly afterwards to produce a sumptuous feast for 20).
Sarah's arrangement of the food was a visual treat and the quality of the food was first class. I received many compliments on the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Flametree Catering and will use them again definitely."
